Resort Policies:

• Management reserves the right to refuse accommodations to anyone at any time.
• One person in your party must be over the age of 55
• Maximum of 2 pets allowed, under 40lbs each. Vaccination records required.
• One camping unit and two vehicles per site
• All RV’s must be fully self-contained. A self-contained RV is defined as having it’s own bathroom/kitchen and permanently installed gray and black water holding tanks. No RV’s using portable holding tanks. No tent camping.
• Florida law requires sewer rings
• Speed limit in park is 10mph – Pedestrians ALWAYS have the right of way
• Check in/out time is 11:00am
• Quiet time is from 10pm until 8am
• Children, 17 and under, must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
• All household trash must be placed in compactor. Household trash will not be picked up at your site
• Wood burning fires are not permitted at site. Campfire ring for wood burning is located in front of Billiard Hall. You may have a propane fire pit or paper log fire pit at your site.
• A service fee ($40.00 per hour, minimum one hour) will be charged to repair any damage caused by negligence.
