Electric is the responsibility of Resident and must be put into the Resident’s name no later than May 1, 2009. Electric bills received by the resort after May 1st will be due upon arrival. Monthly Resident Notes Price includes water, sewer, garbage, Wi-Fi, and up to $50.00 per month electric. Rate is for RV with 2 people, extra person @ $3.00 per night. 6 x 6 Information We are primarily a 6 month park. Most of our Residents reside here during the winter months and summer up north. A contract must be signed for a one year period. Once the contract is signed, the resident has the sole use of that site for a year. When the resident is gone, the site may not be used by anyone else. You may leave your rig on site all year at no additional charge. The six month stay does not have to be consecutive. You may come and go as you please, just check in and out at the office. Residents may now stay up to 8 months. The charge for the extra 2 months will be the monthly 6 x 6 rate. Electric must be put into the resident’s name. When resident leaves he may either have the electric disconnected or put on summer rate. A 6 x 8 shed is permitted. No permanent screen rooms, clotheslines or skirting are allowed. A clothesline area is provided by our laundry room. Our 6 x 6 season is from May 1st through April 30. Pets – Limit 2 per rig and a weight limit of 40 pounds each.
